Les Maisons du Clair de la Plume situées en Provence, au pied du château de Grignan, un des plus « Beaux Villages de France », se répartissent en 6 lieux du village historique.
L’historique hôtel restaurant Le Clair de la Plume : sous la verrière, le restaurant gastronomique (1* Michelin) propose une cuisine délicate co-signée Glenn VIEL*** et 9 chambres meublées XIXème se partagent les étages.
Toute proche, la Maison Privée, dont l’escalier monumental conduit aux 6 suites et chambres intemporelles.
Une flânerie s’impose au Jardin Méditerranéen : collection de plantes, baignade naturelle et le lieu secret « Pavillon des amoureux » comprenant 1 chambre.
A quelques pas, l’hôtel **** et le Bistro La Ferme Chapouton abrite 13 chambres contemporaines, une piscine chauffée et des salles pour séminaires, mariages, cousinades… de 10 à 200 personnes.
Enfin, sur la place du village, le Café des Vignerons (bar à vins & cuisine) et le Caveau des Vignerons et Produits du Terroir complètent notre invitation à découvrir une Provence préservée et magique.

Grignan est un charmant et typique village provençal situé dans le département de la Drôme, en Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, au sud-est de la France.
Il compte un magnifique château Renaissance, et est mentionné dans les lettres que Madame de Sévigné écrivit à sa fille qui y résidait, Madame de Grignan, au XVIIème siècle. Le village et les alentours regorgent de trésors à visiter et à déguster en toutes saisons.

My room was a little small but perfectly comfortable and I was not in the room except to sleep. Definitely recommend and will stay here again myself.

Beautiful location set in a very quaint 'magical' village. Friendly staff. Beautiful building and court yard. Dog-friendly, including provisions - bowls, treats, beds etc. Treats for us too - cookies and nougat! Bathroom with a bath, slippers, robe, toiletries etc. Parking available very close to the hotel. Lovely bistro within a short walking distance. Lovely restaurant on site that we took breakfast in - which has to be the best breakfast ever. I would return just for the breakfast. Warm, cosy and smelled nice everywhere! :)

We liked very much the property with the gardens, the view on the Château from our room was exceptional. The breakfast is expensive but the products are high quality and most of them homemade. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

The hotel was beautiful. We arrived at 16:00, quickly checked in and took a stroll in the town. The night views of the hotel is fantastic. We had a comfortable stay. I had requested for charging for my EV, and it was possible to do it during the night. We were on route to Barcelona and this was a perfect spot for us to relax for the evening and enjoy the town / Grignan Chateau and views from the top. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Next time, we will plan for a few more days!!

The hotel and assortment of associated rooms are in the bottom of a charming village which was obviously a 'destination' as it was pretty crowded on 15 August. The welcome was warm and helpful, our beautiful room with excellent facilities was in a separate house just down the street. We were able to park our car close to the hotel and walked to La Ferme, their bistro restaurant for an excellent open air dinner. The service and menu obviously had an eye to Michelin ambitions so it was not cheap but very pleasant. The location was beautiful particularly on a fine summer evening.
Quintessential Provence perfect stay
The most beautiful setting. Stunning garden. Very clean comfortable room with lovely toiletries. The dinner was absolutely delicious. The pools were so peaceful and idyllic.

This hotel in the charming village of Grignan is actually my favourite hotel in the world. I've been coming here for years, and each time the experience gets better and better. The original hotel with it's elegant rooms and beautiful gardens make you feel transported to another world, and the new addition and renovation of the old farmhouse Chapouton which is only a few minutes walk is another creation extraordinaire! The two restaurants - the Bistro (SO great!) and the Michelin star restaurant (Which is beyond AMAZING and should definitely be on your bucket list!!) is only surpassed by the hotel staff. They are so kind and professional and always there to make sure your experience is one to remember. So many hotels strive for excellence, but this one truly delivers, and I look forward to next year's visit!! A very happy customer, Barbara (United Kingdom)

Ils proposent des glaces que j’ai déjà goûté à plusieurs reprises ; la pistache est excellente ainsi que tous les sorbets,tandis que la straciatella manque très largement de crémeux et de gourmandise. Globalement positif ! Même s’il n’y a pas de cornets sans gluten.
Très bel établissement avec un personnel sympa, le responsable qui nous a encaissé etait charmant mais alors je pense que c'était le chef des serveurs un peu plus ancien qui etait très désagréable et qui parle très mal au serveurs... Les clienst et les collègues ne sont pas des chiens
Découverte de cet établissement pour le déjeuner. Il y a deux salles , dont l’une abrite une verrière avec vue sur la cour. Ce fut un déjeuner en plusieurs étapes, à la fin du repas on nous remet un carnet avec le détail du déjeuner. On démarre le déjeuner avec un jus detox, vient ensuite une mise en bouche au maquereau, et le déjeuner commence. Le service est parfait Ce fut un délicieux moment.

Cet avis est pour le bistro de la ferme Chapouton. Excellent de l'accueil au service. Cadre superbe. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Une équipe jeune, souriante et très aimable. L'équipe en cuisine excelle, mets divins, des saveurs. Plats savoureux et raffinés sans en faire trop, c'est tout ce qu'on aime. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Super moment à 2.
C’était un cadeau, j’ai la chance de ne pas avoir à tenir compte du prix. Nous avons été bien reçus. La chambre était magnifique, meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très jolie salle de petit-déjeuner, copieux et de bonne qualité.
Un moment magique autour d’un succulent repas. Un grand bravo au jeune chef Jeremy Vigne qui a su nous régaler de l’entrée au dessert. Service irréprochable et magnifique salle de restaurant. Un grand merci!
La personne à l'accueil est d'un grande gentillesse, elle a pu fournir les informations nécessaires afin de retrouver un vin consommé chez le restaurant juste à côté. Le vin était local et surtout excellentissime, d'où l'achat en boutique. Un grand merci et une bonne continuation.
Suite à un bon cadeau offert par nos enfants, nous avons découvert la ferme Chapoutou ,le bistro. Avec ce beau soleil, nous avons profité,en premier lieu, de la beauté du cadre avec vu sur le château. Puis, nous voila bien installé dans une très jolie salle avec un bon petit feu de bois. Après un bon coktail sans alcool, nous pouvions commencé notre repas. Je suis intolérante au gluten. Il vaut mieux le rappeler à la prise commande. En effet, nous l'avions précisé lors de notre réservation mais rien n'avait été notifié. Ce n'est pas grave en soit. Mais n' attendez pas ,comme moi, de le signaler une fois le plat servi cela évitera de refaire le plat. (Le gaspillage c'est mal) Mais, aucun souci pour moi, le jeune homme m'a très aimablement proposé ce même plat sans l'ingrédient contenant du gluten. Voir de me changer d'entrée. J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce fair-play. De l'entrée, en passant par la viande, au dessert, tout était simplement exquis. Ce repas nous a émoustillé les papilles. Et la quantité était là également :) ( a dit mon mari.). Il est a noté que j'ai eu du pain sans gluten. Tout le personnel,la jeune dame et les jeunes hommes étaient très serviables. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Merci au chef et à son équipe pour ces bons plats avec des très bons produits et au personnel de salle pour leur professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons pour manger à l'extérieur aux beaux jours, c'est certain.

Très bel établissement acceuil chaleureux service très professionnel et sympathique quand à la cuisine un vrai bonheur les présentations sont soignées les cuissons parfaites, Le risotto petit épeautre et truffes ( généreuses)un régal, quand au poisson fraîcheur et cuisson au top.Pour terminer entremet poire spéculum, chou Chapouton aux truffes râpées une merveille il fallait oser l'expérience est une réussite gustative.Bravo à cette excellente maison. Chambre très chaleureuse literie confortable, peignoir à disposition et café. On se sent comme à la maison, merci à Fred,si on peut se permettre cette familiarité.
Magnifique chambre dans un remplacement centré dans le village
Un dîner succulent et copieux dans un joli cadre. La salle n'est pas bruyante, la disposition des tables laisse de l'espace entre les personnes, les plats sont servis rapidement et sont bons. Petite attention au jeune serveur qui s'est occupé de nous à merveille. Je recommande.

Vendeuses très accueillantes, très commerçantes ! Pâtisseries très raffinées , belles et esthétiques. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus lorsque nous venons. D'ailleurs , c'est devenu notre adresse incontournable.
Nous étions six et nous avons commandé des glaces pour le goûter. Personnellement j’ai pris une glace à la lavande, elle était à tomber parterre et selon les commentaires de mes amis en fonction de leur parfum, idem. Nous vous recommandons cet établissement pour ces glaces en tous cas. Service rapide, très charmant et avec le sourire😊
Très bel endroit. Belles chambres bien décorées. Excellent petit déjeuner avec une cuisine superbe. Il ne manque rien et les personnel est à votre petit soin. Le bistro est sympa et je recommande le foie gras poêle et l'œuf poché. Voilà un très bon souvenir et le cadre et le petit déjeuner resteront gravés dans ma mémoire.
Restaurant sympathique avec une terrasse agréable. Nous avons bien mangé, c'était plutôt simple mais bien exécuté. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques. J'enlève une étoile car j'ai trouvé les prix un peu élevé.

Bonjour, nous sommes fans de la Ferme Chapouton depuis très longtemps, c’est toujours un endroit magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. On n’´est jamais déçu.accueil, service, repas parfait . chic et décontracté.l’endroit le plus magnifique de la Drôme.bonne journée.
Nous avons dîné au restaurant : très fin, original de l’entrée au dessert ; très bon accueil et service rapide avant d’aller à un spectacle.
Petite halte pour déguster une coupe de glaces. Un café liegeois avec du café express, le vrai quoi!!!!! Et une coupe provençale avec 1 boule abricot, faise et lavande, coulis et chantilly. Délicieux!!!!! Merci pour le service

Ayant séjourné à l’hôtel Le clair de la plume, j’ai été très content de découvrir leur boutique avec un large choix de produits typique de la région. La vendeuse est incroyablement gentille, voyageuse et amoureuse de sa région, n’hésitez pas à lui poser des questions pour une meilleure expérience de Grignan et de ses alentours. Je tenais à remercier énormément la vendeuse pour son professionnalisme et sa motivation dans sa boutique. Chapeau !
