Les Maisons du Clair de la Plume situées en Provence, au pied du château de Grignan, un des plus « Beaux Villages de France », se répartissent en 6 lieux du village historique.
L’historique hôtel restaurant Le Clair de la Plume : sous la verrière, le restaurant gastronomique (1* Michelin) propose une cuisine délicate co-signée Glenn VIEL*** et 9 chambres meublées XIXème se partagent les étages.
Toute proche, la Maison Privée, dont l’escalier monumental conduit aux 6 suites et chambres intemporelles.
Une flânerie s’impose au Jardin Méditerranéen : collection de plantes, baignade naturelle et le lieu secret « Pavillon des amoureux » comprenant 1 chambre.
A quelques pas, l’hôtel **** et le Bistro La Ferme Chapouton abrite 13 chambres contemporaines, une piscine chauffée et des salles pour séminaires, mariages, cousinades… de 10 à 200 personnes.
Enfin, sur la place du village, le Café des Vignerons (bar à vins & cuisine) et le Caveau des Vignerons et Produits du Terroir complètent notre invitation à découvrir une Provence préservée et magique.

Grignan est un charmant et typique village provençal situé dans le département de la Drôme, en Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, au sud-est de la France.
Il compte un magnifique château Renaissance, et est mentionné dans les lettres que Madame de Sévigné écrivit à sa fille qui y résidait, Madame de Grignan, au XVIIème siècle. Le village et les alentours regorgent de trésors à visiter et à déguster en toutes saisons.

Sumptuous Luxury in a Stunning Historical Setting: Impeccable Service & Quintessential Ambience
The architecture and interior design of this series of buildings comprised by Le Clair de la Plume was exemplary: I had already visited it in Grignan as a tourist (they have a gift shop with their own products) and knew how stunning it is. Service was impeccable, the breakfast was sumptuous including some lovely champagne. There were wonderful touches such as locally produced bespoke foods & toiletries. The south facing views over the village and chatea were equally stunning both during the night & day. Centrally located, unfortunately it wasn't warm enough to try the outdoor pools. One call to reception for a local affiliated restaurant booking.

The whole stay was charming
The hotel and assortment of associated rooms are in the bottom of a charming village which was obviously a 'destination' as it was pretty crowded on 15 August. The welcome was warm and helpful, our beautiful room with excellent facilities was in a separate house just down the street. We were able to park our car close to the hotel and walked to La Ferme, their bistro restaurant for an excellent open air dinner. The service and menu obviously had an eye to Michelin ambitions so it was not cheap but very pleasant. The location was beautiful particularly on a fine summer evening.

Absolutely recommendable
We liked very much the property with the gardens, the view on the Château from our room was exceptional. The breakfast is expensive but the products are high quality and most of them homemade. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

The hotel is completing charming, with a lovely pool. The attached restaurant is outstanding. Wonderful buffet breakfast in the garden each morning. Comfortable beds and good A/C. My room was a little small but perfectly comfortable and I was not in the room except to sleep. Definitely recommend and will stay here again myself.

Une expérience culinaire remarquable ! Le cadre du restaurant est élégant et chaleureux, parfait pour un repas à la fois raffiné et convivial. Les plats sont exquis, préparés avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité, chaque bouchée étant un véritable délice. Le service est impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et professionnel, qui sait apporter de bons conseils. Ce restaurant est un endroit à ne pas manquer lors de votre venue sur Grignan.
Ayant fêter mes 70 ans au restaurant de la ferme très bon repas excellent personnel très gentil est serviable une ambiance très feutré restaurant très propre un régal pour les papilles j y retournerais avec grand plaisir merci a toute l equipe
Comment d'habitude un bon moment lors du repas pris à la ferme Chapouton. Juste une remarque, étonnant d'accepter un chien dans ce restaurant.

This hotel in the charming village of Grignan is actually my favourite hotel in the world. I've been coming here for years, and each time the experience gets better and better. The original hotel with it's elegant rooms and beautiful gardens make you feel transported to another world, and the new addition and renovation of the old farmhouse Chapouton which is only a few minutes walk is another creation extraordinaire! The two restaurants - the Bistro (SO great!) and the Michelin star restaurant (Which is beyond AMAZING and should definitely be on your bucket list!!) is only surpassed by the hotel staff. They are so kind and professional and always there to make sure your experience is one to remember. So many hotels strive for excellence, but this one truly delivers, and I look forward to next year's visit!! A very happy customer, Barbara (United Kingdom)

Emplacement de rêve au pied du château. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût un mélange d’ancien et de chic. Notre dîner au Clair de la plume…magique Dîner surprise (sans connaître le détail du menu avant le repas), tous les goûts étaient justes et parfaits. Océane a su nous conseiller pour les vins et transmis les coordonnées des viticulteurs. Son professionnalisme fait toute la différence. L'ensemble des collaborateurs méritent amplement leurs places. Laissez vous tenter par une expérience parfois déroutante mais tellement parfaite

Liebes Team, schon der Empfang war absolut grandios. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes hilfsbereites Personal. Die Koffer wurden ins Zimmer getragen, da wir doch schon ältere Damen sind. Das Frühstück absolut top all die feinen wunderbaren regionalen Produkte einfach genial. Das Abendessen haben wir im Restaurant eingenommen. Es war eine sehr schöne Ambiente, Speisen schön zubereitet und angerichtet. Wunderbarer Bordeaux Wein wurde uns auch in die Karaffe dekantiert.Top Service Personal 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Wir kommen gerne im September wieder und werden das Hotel all unseren Freunden gerne weiterempfehlen. Nous avons mangé hier soir en couple au Bistro de la ferme. Le cadre est exceptionnel, le personnel au petit soin, nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Côté plats rien à dire c'était parfait. C'est vraiment une belle adresse.
Accueil chaleureux nous étions 6 amis service avec le sourire et cuisine excellente je recommande le café des vignerons sans hésitation

Un week-end absolument parfait au Clair de la Plume à Gruissan : charme, calme et raffinement au rendez-vous. Chambre romantique, jardin paisible, et un service aux petits soins. Côté cuisine, c’est un sans-faute : dîner savoureux à la Ferme Chapouton, puis explosion de saveurs au restaurant gastronomique de l’hôtel. Un vrai voyage des sens ! Un lieu idyllique pour se retrouver à deux, savourer l’instant et se créer de beaux souvenirs. On repart le cœur léger et les papilles ravie. Un immense merci à tout le personnel des différents établissements, dont la bienveillance, le professionnalisme et la passion ont largement contribué à rendre ce week-end inoubliable.
2 pâtisseries achetées dans cette boutique, en tombant par hasard sur cette adresse. Excellentes pâtisseries +++, parmi les meilleures pâtisseries que j'ai pu manger. La localisation est également très sympa. Je recommande +++ cette adresse, n'hésitez pas.
Une parenthèse enchantée au Clair de la Plume. Un dîner en 8 escales accompagné de superbes vins. Merci aux équipes pour leur accueil chaleureux et aux chefs virtuoses pour ce menu incroyable qui reste une très beau souvenir (aussi adapté à notre goût). Un regal absolu a chaque service, des mets travailles avec une grande finesse. La chambre était également sublime, calme. Une soirée inoubliable et une superbe découverte. Merci a toutes les équipes pour ce moment.

Hôtel romantique et plein de charme ! Quel dépaysement en plein centre d'un petit village charmant. La piscine en extérieur bénéficie d'une vue incroyable ! Le dîner gastronomique était délicieux avec des plats originaux. Malgré que la décoration des chambres ne soient pas à mon goût (assez ancienne), j'ai passé une nuit formidable. Je vous recommande cet hôtel pour une escapade gourmande et romantique, dépaysement assuré !

Dîner en couple au top, ils savent se mettre à la place du client, et surtout se remettre en question et s'améliorer, ce qui est rare de nos jours, des plats originaux et aussi bons et originaux qu'on peut trouver dans des restaurants gastronomiques, les déserts mieux qu'avant évêché une vraie mise en assiette on reviendra plus souvent Alexandre B

J’ai réservé pour 3 personnes en l’occurrence ma femme et un de mes fils qui devait nous offrir ce dîner en juillet 2022. À la réservation, j’ai donc donné mon numéro de carte bleue et j’ai été débité de 250 € sans même avoir commencé à manger ! Quand nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à l’accueil, j’ai donc manifesté mon mécontentement et mon désaccord, j’ai donc exprimé le fait que l’établissement avait mes coordonnées en tant que déjà clients depuis 2018 ( 6 dîners) mais ils ne pouvaient rien faire ! Aucune explication valable ne m’a été fournie… C’est un peu cavalier comme attitude mais il semblerait que les restaurateurs soient victimes de beaucoup d’incivilité sur les réservations, c’est la raison pour laquelle nous y retournerons pour y retourner mais en prenant nos précautions Autrement le reste était parfait, la cuisine très goûteuse, l’accueil en salle, l’installation et la visite systématique du Chef Mr Julien Allano qui donne la consigne d’interroger les clients sur leurs allergies A bientôt donc…

A chaque visite à Grignan, nous allons diner au café des vignerons. Grand choix de vin de qualité et cuisine au top. je recommande la salade césar et les glaces faites maison !

Le cadre , le personnel , tout était parfait pour rendre notre anniversaire de mariage inoubliable. La chambre était tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le menu du chef fut une histoire merveilleusement bien écrite, magnifiquement racontée par le personnel en salle au petit soin , bravo ! Nous y retournerons dès que possible pour revivre ce merveilleux moment. Merci à tous et à bientôt .

Nous étions six et nous avons commandé des glaces pour le goûter. Personnellement j’ai pris une glace à la lavande, elle était à tomber parterre et selon les commentaires de mes amis en fonction de leur parfum, idem. Nous vous recommandons cet établissement pour ces glaces en tous cas. Service rapide, très charmant et avec le sourire😊

Très bel établissement acceuil chaleureux service très professionnel et sympathique quand à la cuisine un vrai bonheur les présentations sont soignées les cuissons parfaites, Le risotto petit épeautre et truffes ( généreuses)un régal, quand au poisson fraîcheur et cuisson au top.Pour terminer entremet poire spéculum, chou Chapouton aux truffes râpées une merveille il fallait oser l'expérience est une réussite gustative.Bravo à cette excellente maison. Chambre très chaleureuse literie confortable, peignoir à disposition et café. On se sent comme à la maison, merci à Fred,si on peut se permettre cette familiarité.

Café avec terrasse dans le centre de grignan. Proche du château, l accueil est très sympathique, le service calme mais rapide, les plats y sont savoureux pour un tarif très raisonnable. Salade césar et ravioles étaient excellentes, tout ça dans un cadre magnifique. Nous en gardons un agréable souvenir.
Les restaurant "Bistrot" est une excellente adresse, que nous honorons à chacune de nos visite à Grignan. En complément d'une nuit au Clair de Plume, c'est le week-end en amoureux parfait. A ne surtout pas manquer !
