The whole team and I are delighted to welcome you to our restaurants, gardens, rooms and pools: everything has been prepared to make you feel as welcome as possible, away from the noise of the world.
Here’s a short guide to help you make the most of your stay.

A good start to the day
In the bedroom? In the garden? Under the trees? You can choose between an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast in our dining room, or a breakfast basket to be eaten in your room or at a location of your choice. Of course, we always offer the same products, prepared with the same passion.
Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am (7am on request). If you wish to have it in your room, we invite you to reserve it the day before for the following day by click HERE.
More freedom? It’s possible to choose in the morning, with a waiting time of around 30 minutes. Neither the choice nor the price change (€29.50 per person).
Greedy? Let’s avoid waste: it’s always possible to order a top-up after delivery.

Our gardens and terraces are large, open and open to nature. We cook with passion, using fresh, seasonal produce. The Carte du Restaurant Gastronomique (1* Michelin and green star for sustainable gastronomy) is co-written by Glenn VIEL, 3* Chef. They are created as a team under the direction of our Chef, Benjamin REILHES, and our Chef-Patissier Cédric PERRET (Passion Dessert Michelin 2021: natural pastry, free and close to producers).
Several addresses are available. Please note that the dates, conditions and opening times below are indicative only.
Reception will provide you with all the information you need on arrival.

The Chef cooks the best of the week, and we adapt to your dietary requirements. When the weather conditions are suitable for the quality of the experience desired by the chefs, the service can take place outdoors. Two swimming pools are available from April to October:
– a conventional, heated pool at Ferme Chapouton, with its own beach (towels are available on site).
– a natural pool 300 m away, offering an exceptional view of the village of Grignan (a bag with towels is available at reception).

- Under the evergreen oaks, behind Ferme Chapouton, with an exceptional view
- In the shade of the plane tree in the breakfast courtyard, also on the Farm
- Under the gazebos of the Clair de la Plume garden
- In the secret corners of the Mediterranean Garden (outside opening hours)

Take away
Caveau des Vignerons & Produits du terroir
Next door to Café des Vignerons, the official address of the local Grignan-les-Adhémar appellation. You’ll find over 80 different wines to taste and take away, at winemaker’s prices. As well as a selection of artisanal products from Provence (nougats, olive oil, honeys…).
Open daily from 10am to 1:30pm and from 3:30pm to 7pm.
Bistro to go
The takeaway version features the same menu as the Bistro > Discover the takeaway menu.
Pick-up orders from 12pm to 2pm and 7:30pm to 9pm, directly at Chapouton Farm.

Le Clair de la Plume is located in the center of the village of Grignan on the Place du Mail, where the main house (& reception) is situated. A public parking lot reserved for our customers is to the right of the column wash. Free private parking is also available, 300 meters from the main house. We’ll explain everything on site.
Please note that a local market is held in front of the Maison Principale on Tuesday mornings: parking arrangements in and around Place du Mail will be modified as of Monday evening..
We have charging stations for electric cars.

Grignan is ideally located: from 5 minutes to 2 hours away, you’ll find a wide variety of landscapes and activities.

Welcome to your room
Each of our rooms is unique in its size, decoration and even the view it offers. All are prepared with care and attention, using effective solutions that respect the environment (disinfectant and virucide dry steam), your health and that of our teams.
For stays of several nights, your room will be cleaned every day, unless you specify otherwise (a sign can be found outside the room, on the door). If you have any requests, reception is at your disposal: fresh towels, extra welcome products… and even to share all our ideas for getting away from it all on site or in the surrounding area (picnics, bike hire, unusual places…).
Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. Reception is open from 8am to 11pm every day. For your comfort, our beds are made up with hypoallergenic comforters. However, if you prefer your bed to be made up with blankets, please let us know in advance of your stay. All our rooms are non-smoking. As the houses in our establishment are historic sites, they do not have elevators; however, we do offer luggage service on request.
