MICHELIN Star 2025: 10 years on!

We are delighted to announce that the MICHELIN star will continue to shine in 2025 for the gastronomic restaurant Le Clair de la Plume. The MICHELIN GUIDE has awarded this distinction every year for the past 10 years.

The famous Guide has also honored us by maintaining our other distinctions for tableware and hotels:

  • Étoile verte, the committed star, awarded to restaurants that stand out for their highly committed approach to gastronomy.
  • Prix Passion Dessert, awarded to Cédric Perret, Executive Pastry Chef, recognizes pastry chefs for their creations and commitments
  • Our hotel was awarded the Red Key (one of the first 189 to receive this distinction in France), awarded to establishments that place the art of entertaining at the highest level and contribute to forging unique experiences.
